While all staff do their best to provide the best service for patients we know that we will not always get things right.Usually patient dissatisfaction is as result of either a misunderstanding or as a result of a patients failure to understand the constraints and guidelines that staff and Drs are obliged to adhere to.
You may feedback in a number of ways
1. By using the comments forms in the waiting Room area of the surgery.
2. By letter marked for the attention of the Practice Manager.
3. By fax.
4. By telephone- In this instance please leave a message with a member of staff and your contact details will be passed to the Practice Manager or, in the event of her absence the GP Partner.
There is a complaints system in operation at this Practice- Complaints are best put in writing so that the issue (s) are clear and can be dealt with efficiently.
