Worried about your finances?
Bromley Well is urging residents to get in touch with any concerns about their finances, housing issues, employment and debt
During the current Covid-19 outbreak, Bromley Well is still operating its information, legal advice and guidance service. Residents can get advice by email, telephone and an online webchat service.

Currently, the service has good availability and is urging people not to leave it too late, take control and get in touch now.

Gulsah Tatvan, Operations Manager said “With the uncertainty in the current climate, it’s important to seek advice. Debt especially is likely to be a big concern for people in the forthcoming months. People can talk to one of our advisors by phone, email or via our online webchat.”

Bromley Well advisers will:

> never judge you or make you feel bad about your situation
> always be happy to talk to you, however big or small your problem might be
> find and suggest ways to manage your issues.

Bromley Well is helping residents to maintain mental wellbeing during the Covid-19 pandemic

Bromley Well has new services and support available for people to manage their mental wellbeing during the Coronavirus outbreak. An information pack, tutorials and web chat services are now available.

Bromley Well has launched new services to help residents to manage their mental wellbeing during the Covid-19 outbreak. These include:

  • Online peer support groups on Facebook with regular wellbeing Q&A sessions
  • Coping with life during lockdown support programme starting mid-May
    Free, downloadable special edition mental wellbeing information pack
  • Web chat service if you’re struggling to use telephone help services or if you just want someone to listen. Text the word “HELPATHOME” to 07718 403574 if you’d like to get this help
  • Wellbeing tutorial videos, the first one “Coping with Adjustments in Lockdown” is on YouTube. A support pack accompanies the tutorial
